This Survey includes all the main elements but is a relatively brief report suited to modern house of standard construction, probably built after 1990. Fees from £300.
Level two (HomeBuyer Survey and Valuation)
This is a mid-range inspection suitable for houses and flats built after around 1900. Each element is described with an assessment of condition and repair advice. It includes a Valuation. Fees from £400.
Level three (Building Survey)
A Building Survey is the best choice for old cottages, larger houses or houses which have been extended and altered. It is the choice for Listed Buildings and properties which are in poor condition. Fees from £600.
